Our bespoke remote monitoring service is complemented by Corps Secure, our unique reporting portal and app. This offers our installer clients full transparency of their portfolio with a live real-time view of their account. If your property has been at risk of an unauthorised access or fire, you have full visibility at the click of a button. They can also manage their finances and download invoices and statements from the same place.

Our Sentinel Plus engineer portal also allows engineers to automatically test systems and view the live signals received. This eliminates the need to make calls to place systems on test and check signals. The Sentinel administration portal also allows customers to have an admin view of their account meaning they can make minor changes such as updating key holders and running reports and chosen intervals. This typically includes, but is not limited to, incident reports, open/close reports, and portfolio signal summary reports.

Our apps and portals are live. They constantly extract information from our main systems meaning they are never more than a few minutes out of date. The only exception to this is during a period of upgrade, which take place a few times a year, and where there could be a short delay. However, we would notify you of this in advance.

There is no limit. You can have logins to the apps and portals for as many of your staff or installers as required.

Yes, at the point of commissioning the system please confirm in writing the reports you require us to send to your end user and we will have the reporting schedule set up to send on the day and time required.
