In December 2023 Andrew joined Corps with nearly 20 years hands-on, control room management experience.
He is responsible for the overarching management of our Corps Monitoring Centre (CMC), supporting our operational colleagues in the delivery of services to our nationwide customer portfolio. He develops operational and performance standards, ensuring the continue to meet regulatory, compliance and performance expectations.
