Monitoring Control Room Manager
Ross joined Corps Monitoring in March 2018 as a CCTV Operator. After just two years, he was promoted to Engineer Support, and in 2022 progressed to Technical Administrator, assisting the accounts department and engineers when setting up their systems.
Now as Monitoring Control Room Manager Ross has responsibility for our team of control room operators and all aspects of customer monitoring services. He oversees new connections and transfers of business to the CMC and works closely with our Operations Manager to ensure accounting, purchasing and HR functions run smoothly across the CMC.
In addition to this important role, Ross is a key member of the Corps Together team, fulfilling the duties of guardian for gender and sexuality characteristics.
