Corps Monitoring, is proud to announce that its NSi Gold ARC has been accredited by Secured by Design, a Police Crime Prevention Initiative (Police CPI), which is part of the UK Police Service.
Secured by Design is one of the key initiatives designed to keep the public safe from crime and to reduce the demand on the police service. It operates an accreditation scheme on behalf of the UK Police Service for products or services that have met recognised security standards. These products or services – which must be capable of deterring or preventing crime – are known as being of a “Police Preferred Specification”.
The accreditation covers providers of various security products and services including doors, windows, external storage, bicycle and motorcycle security, locks and hardware, asset marking, alarms, CCTV, safes, IoT connected products, perimeter security products and many others.
Andrea Strong, Managing Director of Corps Monitoring commented: “We are thrilled to be part of this important initiative and this accreditation affirms our position as market leading in the monitoring of all alarm types. We have always prided ourselves on delivering the highest standards at the Corps Monitoring ARC and our performance gives our clients peace of mind. This is further recognition of the quality of the work that we do.”
Kenny McHugh, Secured by Design, said: “I am delighted that Corps Monitoring have joined Secured by Design. They provide state-of-the art electronic security and monitoring to customers across a diverse range of sectors and join SBD with a range of their monitoring solutions having achieved the Police Preferred Specification. I’m looking forward to working with them over the coming years”.
